These Terms of Service govern your use of breezeerun.com and any purchase you make from BreezeRun LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Ordering & pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable product costs. We make every effort to display accurate prices, availability and images; occasionally an error may occur, in which case we will contact you before charging. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment is captured when your order is ready to ship. Preorders are charged only at dispatch.
Shipping
We ship across Canada via tracked courier, typically within 2–5 business days. Orders over $150 ship free. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; all parcels are insured in transit.
Returns & refunds
Unopened games may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Damaged or defective components are replaced free of charge upon photo evidence within 14 days. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; defective-item returns are prepaid by BreezeRun.
The "Test Your Luck" feature
Our social slot is a free promotional game for entertainment only. It involves no real-money gambling and awards only in-store discount codes with no cash value. Codes apply to a single limited edition and cannot be combined with other offers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreezeRun LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
